- 1 kg boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup plain yogurt

- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 can (400 ml) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon ghee (clarified butter)
- Cilantro leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Marinate the chicken pieces in a bowl with yogurt, Kitchen King Masala, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, bay leaf, and salt. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
